Erin-thanks for all the advice! I know Belle hangs out after her Storytime to talk with the kids. I am wondering if Pocahontas stays for autographs after Pocahontas & Friends @ the AK? Thanks a lot!!

I have been to the Pocahontas show at the Animal Kingdom twice. Neither time did Pocahontas stay and greet guests after the show. I have, however, seen Pocahontas greet guests several times at another Animal Kingdom location: Rafiki's Planet Watch. To make sure Pocahontas will be there before you take the trek to the Planet Watch, I would first stop at the guest relations office at the entrance to the park. Ask them to call the "character hotline" for you. They will be able to tell you when and if Pocahontas, or any particular character, will be greeting guests during the time of your stay.

If you have an animal lover in your group, you might also want to check out the animal training show in the Pocahontas theater. Usually once a day, check the Times Guide for specifics, there will be a special training session for the four legged (or two winged) performers in the show, with guests invited to watch. There are animal trainers there that will tell you how they motivate the animals to move on cue. My kids found this fascinating.

I hope you have a great visit to the Animal Kingdom.
