hi erin, i have another question, when we go this will be our first time with the grandparents, both sets, and our daughter gets a guest service pass, will they accomodate our whole family which would be a total of 9, myself, husband, 2 ds, dd and 4 grands

    Hi Jennifer,

The Guest Assistance Cards are valid for the guest needing assistance and up to five additional people, for a total of six. If parties are larger than that, some members will be asked to separate and use the general queue, meeting up with the rest of the party at the exit. Some of the guest assistance waiting areas are not large and cannot easily accommodate additional people.

Perhaps you could take turns waiting with your daughter so that everyone gets to experience some attractions with her.

As an additional resource, you may be interested in the book Passporter's Open Mouse for Walt Disney World and the Disney Cruise Line. This is available from Amazon and larger bookstores. It gives great detail about navigating the parks and resorts for guests facing a variety of medical challenges. You may find some strategy ideas to make your trip run more smoothly.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.
