Chef Mickey's would be a fun place for Thanksgiving dinner. They're sure to have turkey and all the fixings on the buffet line in addition to their usual spread.
Getting the Disney Dining Plan is especially advantageous during the holidays because there are holiday meal price increases and surcharges for regularly paying guests, but if you're on the dining plan, the meals "cost" the same number of credits as they would during any other time of the year. I just double checked with Disney Dining reservations at 407-WDW-DINE and the cast member there told me that Chef Mickey's would be a one-credit meal, even on Thanksgiving Day.Hope you have a great trip and a happy holiday.
