Hi Erin! I see Disney resorts now have online check-in 10 days prior to arrival. I'd like to use this feature but I booked our trip through AAA. Is there a way I can still do this? Thanks! You're the best!!

Online check-in is a great way to get started enjoying your vacation faster. It is available for all WDW resort guests, but the process varies slightly depending on how the vacation was booked. Guests who booked directly with Disney can check-in via Guests who have booked their trips through a third party, such as AAA, Orbitz, Expedia, etc., need to use a different website depending on the specifics of their package.

In your case, AAA should be able to provide you the correct URL. If you need assistance, you can call the general online check-in help number at 407-828-7128.

    Have a great trip!
