Hi Erin, I have a ? concerning mouse ears. Last year I bought my daughter ears and she stepped on one of them and broke it. We will be @ WDW in June and want to know if there is somewhere to have the ear replaced. Thanks and love the panel!!

Hi there. Sorry for the delay in responding.

There is no official ear repair location place at WDW. I don't know anywhere at the parks that would be equipped to replace the ear on a hat. When our ears have been loved too much, we've managed repairs with superglue and tape until our next trip to Disney World, at which point we just replaced the whole hat.

If you'd like a hat with replaceable ears, I suggest that you get your daughter the "Create Your Own Ears" hat available at Le Chapeau in the Magic Kingdom. This product allows you to choose your base beanie, snap-on ears, and a number of other embellishments that make your ears uniquely your own. You are welcome to buy some extra ears to have on hand should you want to change your style or make a repair.

Good luck and have a great time at Walt Disney World.
