    Hi Erin!! We arrive On Aug 1st for our 1st Disney vacation! My husband may not be able to attend as we have not been able to get his passport:( Do you know if I can get a refund on his park pass and dining?

    I'm so sorry that your husband is having difficulties. I hope you get last minute good news and that he is able to join you.

    In many cases, guests who cannot travel are entitled to a full or partial refund. However, the Moms Panel is not qualified to tell you whether you specifically can get a refund. There are a number of variables on whether you can get a refund on part of your package including the type of package you have, how your booked your package, and how close you are to your travel dates.

    To see about your particular reservation, you need to call Disney directly at 407-W-DISNEY. They will be able to look up your file and explain what your options are.
