The
Candlelight Processional takes place at the America Gardens Theater in the World Showcase area of Epcot. The schedule for 2009 has not yet been released and likely will not be for several months, so I can't help you yet with information about narrators.
The Processional, which is generally performed multiple times per night during the holiday season, is included with your regular park admission, there is no extra charge. To get a seat at the Processional, it's a good idea to show up at the theater at least an hour to an hour and a half in advance. However, if you don't feel like waiting around that long, you could make reservations for a Candlelight Processional dinner package. The packages, for which there is a fee, include dinner at an Epcot restaurant and seating in a reserved area of the theater for the Processional show. Former Moms Panelist Bret gives more information about this
HERE.
There is a great description of the Candlelight Processional, the dinner packages, and listings of the narrators for past years on the excellent independent website allears.net. Go to that site, click the "search" button, and look for an article called "Candlelight Processional at Epcot."
I was lucky enough to see the Processional in 2007. It's an experience I'll never forget.
