Epcot with 4 and 2 year old. Nemo, Turtle Talk, Living w/Land and World Showcase. Excited about seeing the holiday narrators at each country and passport for the kids. Should we start in Mexico or Canada? Can we do all of this before 2pm? Or too much?

Hi Kolby!  Epcot happens to be a great theme park for all ages!  Whether exploring The Seas with Nemo and Friends or enjoying your own stroll around the "World", there so much to see and do!
When visiting World Showcase, we always start from Mexico to Canada.  It's force of habit for us, and my kids loved finishing up their trip around the World at Le Cellier!  I do enjoy traveling from Canada to Mexico though, solely because I like the margaritas, and the relaxing ride inside the Mexico Pavilion, The Three Caballeros.  My recommendation would be to begin in Mexico, and end in Canada.  As its a hop skip and jump to the Imagination Pavilion, where you can relax watching Captain EO!
To be able to finish everything on your list means you all would be running at break neck speed!  I would suggest that you budget more time for your visit to Epcot as there is so much to enjoy during your holiday time!
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Malanie, New York

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
