Hi there, Stephanie! It’s always a pleasure to help a fellow Pennsylvanian here at planDisney!
Exploring the World Showcase at
EPCOT is one of my favorite things to do. It truly feels like traveling the world in just one afternoon. And yes...the World Showcase Passport is still available and is just as fun as ever! You can find it in most Disney-owned gift shops around EPCOT, like
Port of Entry,
Creations Shop, and
World Traveler by International Gateway. It’s designed to look like a real passport with a leathery blue cover and now features Figment! The kit includes an ambassador pin, a passport booklet, and stickers, making it such a fun keepsake.
I have such fond memories of my son, using his passport when he was little. He was so into it, getting stamps and little notes from Cast Members at each
Kidcot Fun Stop. I’ll never forget how sad he was when we realized we forgot to stop in China and missed that stamp. He made me promise to bring him back just to complete it! And in Norway, the Cast Member wrote “Beware of the Trolls” in their native language. We had such a laugh when we got home and translated it. He still has that passport almost 12 years later!
Another fun way to explore the World Showcase is
DuckTales World Showcase Adventure! It’s a free, interactive game you play on your smartphone using the
Play Disney Parks app. You help Scrooge McDuck and his nephews solve puzzles and track down missing artifacts in different pavilions. Each mission takes about 25–30 minutes, and honestly, I enjoy it just as much as my kids do. It’s a great way to make the pavilions even more engaging!
I hope your upcoming trip is a world of fun, Stephanie! If you have any other questions, I’m all ears!
