Hi - is the Epcot international gateway (back) entrance available for use during COVID times? I heard they were only allowing people to enter Epcot through the main entrance. Is that true? Thanks!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tim! I am so happy you stopped by.

Tim, I am happy to report that the International Gateway entrance at EPCOT is open and ready for guests! This location also has a temperature scan location and bag check set-up, so there is no need to head to the front of the park. As you know, the International Gateway entrance is the most convenient entry point for people staying at resorts located on the BoardWalk, the Walt Disney World Swan or Dolphin hotels, or arriving at the park via the Disney Skyliner

The International Gateway is also my personal favorite way to get into the park as I love to swing by Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie and grab a freshly made croissant for breakfast before heading to Frozen Ever After, which is always our first ride in EPCOT.

Tim, if you haven't already, be sure that you make your Disney Park Pass system reservations and check out everything you need to know before arriving at the Most Magical Place on Earth.

Please come back here if we can help answer any other questions about your upcoming holiday, or anything else Walt Disney World Resort.

We love to hEAR from you!
