Hi Kathy and welcome to planDisney!
I just love living in the Sunshine State and being a
Walt Disney World Passholder because it means we can visit the parks as often as possible. It's fun to hop in the car and pop over for the day, stay for the weekend or even for a week long vacation. Being a Passholder gives us the flexibility to do just that!
I was really excited to see the announcement for Passholder previews for
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana. We have been teased for such a long time walking by it with the construction walls up, so we are really looking forward to being one of the first Guests to experience this before it officially opens. I've been peeking at some of the Cast Member preview photos and it looks beautiful! I had the same question as you, since all previous attraction previews required registration, but since Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana is a walk-through experience, no registration is required. Please note that Passholders must have a
theme park reservation for EPCOT on the day of the preview. Per the
Passholder Buzz, "If your theme park reservation is for a different theme park (and not for EPCOT), then you will not be eligible to participate in a preview that day. If you enter EPCOT without a theme park reservation after 2:00 PM, then you will not be eligible to participate in a preview that day." Also, all participants must be Passholders and show ID if you're 18 and over. The check-in location is at the entrance to the experience, which is across from Coral Reef Restaurant.
Please
stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
