Will be at Epcot on 10/20/15 in the morning/afternoon, then BBB appointment at Downtown Disney...what is recommended transportation? Will have a vehicle at POR and planned on taking Disney transportation but unsure if that's possible.

    Hello Kelly,

Navigating Walt Disney World can be a little overwhelming and making it to your special appointment with your Fairy Godmother-in-training before the clock strikes twelve is important.

By all means, you have the option to drive from Disney's Port Orleans Resort to Epcot to Downtown Disney/Disney Springs but there are a couple of options. At the moment, there is no direct Disney transportation from Epcot to Downtown Disney/Disney Springs, but it is possible. Plan on exiting Epcot through the International Gateway, located in World Showcase between France and the United Kingdom. Follow the path and take a short walk to Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort. Make your way to the front of the resort, to the bus depot, and board a Disney bus to Downtown Disney/Disney Springs. Or if you wish to take a taxi, taxis are readily available at the front of Epcot or Disney Yacht and Beach Club Resort to whisk you away to your destination.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
