It’s supercalifragilisticexpialidocious of you to stop by planDisney with your question, Jeancarlo!
A vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, especially with mom, sounds practically perfect in every way! I can’t wait for you both to experience the magic! I hope you’ve purchased the
Memory Maker so you and your family can capture all the picture-perfect moments together!
Jeancarlo, in order to enter the Theme Parks, your mother will need to have her
Theme Park ticket properly linked, as well as Disney Park Pass reservations for the Theme Parks she would like to visit. It sounds like Mama Mouseketeer already has a
My Disney Experience account. As long as you are connected to her under the
Family & Friends list, you are able to make her
Disney Park Pass reservations for her. If she does have her own My Disney Experience account, she would be able to make her own reservations, as well. If her account is managed by someone else, the owner of that My Disney Experience would be able to make her reservations for her. Of course, if you’re having any trouble with this you can contact a Cast Member by calling the Internet Help Desk at 407-939-7765. Once her Disney Park Pass reservations have been made, she will be able to enter the Theme Parks.
You will also need to have your tickets to enter the parks. You can pick up your Theme Park tickets at the Will Call windows located at each Theme Park, as well as at the
Guest Relations located at
Disney Springs or if you have an iPhone or an Apple Watch, you can use the digital pass called Disney MagicMobile on the
My Disney Experience Mobile app! This is a contactless way to enter the parks and
you can find a great video here to show you how to set it up and how it works to enter the parks!
Jeancarlo, I hope you and your mother have the most enchanting time.
Aena
