    Is there an entrance gate to Disneyland from downtown Disney

    Greetings, Mark, and thank you for visiting us with your question! You must be getting so excited for your visit to the Disneyland Resort in just over a week! 

    I am to share with you one of my favorite entrances into Disneyland Park via the Disneyland Monorail. Most Guests will enter Disneyland Park through the Disneyland Main Entrance Gate from the Esplanade between the two theme parks. However, I suggest jumping on the Disneyland Monorail at the Downtown Disney District station for a beautiful aerial view of Disney California Adventure's Buena Vista Street and Tomorrowland in Disneyland Park. This station is a short walk from all three Disneyland Resort Hotels and is next to Star Wars™ Trading Post in the Downtown Disney District. Please note that a valid theme park admission ticket and park reservation are required to use this entrance.
