I am guessing that your
MagicBands from a previous trip may have been associated with a stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. You are welcome to
reuse your old MagicBands. Any and all MagicBands linked to your profile can be used to access your
theme park tickets and other information in your
My Disney Experience account. If you and your family members have an upcoming reservation at Disney Resorts Collection hotel, MagicBands may be ordered through My Disney Experience. On the My Disney Experience website, sign in to your account and then select "My MagicBands and Cards" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu located just under the search bar in the top right of the screen. MagicBands ordered at least 11 days prior to your check-in date will be mailed to your home address; MagicBands ordered between 6 and 10 days of your arrival date will be waiting for you at your resort hotel's front desk.
If you will not be staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel this time, MagicBands are available for purchase at many merchandise locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort and
online at shopDisney.
MagicBands are not required to access theme park admission. For those family members who do not have MagicBands, stop at any
Guest Relations location or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to pick up ticket cards.
Another option is to create a
Disney MagicMobile pass in the
My Disney Experience app. To create a Disney MagicMobile pass, click on the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen of the app. Then select "Disney MagicMobile" and follow the prompts to create a pass. The pass can then be added to a digital wallet on a mobile device. A Disney MagicMobile pass will function in much the same way as a MagicBand.
