I entered my hotel in the Disney app plus my ticket and then my kids . Then rethought they need to do their own tickets on an app on their phones so they can plan and have access to tickets . Now what do I do ? They are both adults not kids .

Hiya, Renee! Welcome to planDisney. We're happy you're here!

I'm thrilled that you're making plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort! In my opinion, there's no better place to make memories together. Whether you're getting ready to hop on a thrilling attraction, enjoy some delectable meals, or immerse yourself in a nighttime spectacular, you're sure to find magical moments around every corner!

Renee, I know you linked the tickets for the Guests in your travel party to your My Disney Experience account and it sounds like you're ready to share plans with them! This way, the other Guests will be able to view and co-manage their plans, including their tickets. To do this, you'll want to make sure that your adult children have made My Disney Experience accounts. Then, log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Family & Friends. If the words "Plans are managed by me" are next to their names, click "Update," then "Share Planning with..." Enter the email address associated with their My Disney Experience account. Once they accept the invitation on their end, they should be able to view and co-manage their plans through their My Disney Experience account, including the My Disney Experience app! After you've shared plans with the other Guests in their travel party, they'll be able to enter the parks by using their Disney MagicMobile pass on their My Disney Experience account. Of course, if you have any questions about the above steps, you can always call a Cast Member. They'll be happy to take a look at your reservations and make sure everything's ready to go before you arrive.

Taking some time to explore the My Disney Experience app before you arrive is a great way to make sure you don't miss out on a minute of the magic. You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, access virtual queues, and even mobile order food. This is my favorite way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out again. After all – you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
