Annual Passholder family! I'd be more than happy to answer your question so you're all set to use your pass.
There are
Guest Relations locations at both of
EPCOT’s entrances, at the front of the park, and at the International Gateway entrance (between the U.K. and France pavilions). So if you’re looking to go straight to World Showcase for some drinking or snacking around the world, you don’t need to go to the front of the park to activate your Annual Pass. I prefer the location at the International Gateway since it’s often less crowded. If you’d like to get this squared away before heading to the theme parks, you can also activate your pass at the
Disney Springs Welcome Center. It would be a good excuse to do some shopping and eating with your new Passholder discounts while you're there!
To stay on top of the latest Passholder happenings and perks, keep an eye on the Passholder Buzz section of the
My Disney Experience app. To find it, scroll down on the home screen, and when you see the Passholder Buzz section, press the Learn More button. If you're looking to pick up something to commemorate becoming a Passholder, you’ll also find a preview of the Passholder-exclusive merchandise for the
