Can I still enter the park after 2pm with block outdates with a weekday annual pass?

Hi Allison, and welcome to planDisney!

Being a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder is kind of like being an honorary member of The Mickey Mouse Club. We have access to the four theme parks throughout the year, receive discounts on select merchandise and dining around property, and get other perks and goodies (the latest surprise really put me in the spirit of the holidays)!

The Disney Pixie Dust Pass, like the other two Florida-resident exclusive annual passes, has blockout dates. On blockout dates, Annual Passholders can't use their annual pass as a way of entry into the theme parks. Most of the blockout dates for the Disney Pixie Dust Pass are on the weekends and holidays (check out the blockout dates here). So, while you can enter the theme parks after 2 p.m. without a theme park reservation as an Annual Passholder, the blockout dates still apply.

This isn't the most magical news, Allison; however, keep some of these ideas in mind as you make your plans: You can always upgrade to another annual pass if you see that your desired days to visit continue to fall on Disney Pixie Dust Pass's blockout dates. Because you are a resident of the beautiful Sunshine State like me, you have access to all four of the annual passes. Also, even on blockout dates, your annual pass discounts still apply, so instead of visiting the theme parks, visit the nearby Disney Springs or a Disney Resorts Collection hotel for some shopping or dining.

AN EXTRA GEM: What's even better? You can add the Water Parks and Sports Option to your annual pass to splash into the magic even on your pass's blockout dates. You'll have access to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon (currently closed for the season), Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf, Disney's Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf, and Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course.

I hope that this helps, Allison. If you have any other questions about your upcoming visits, ask us here at planDisney. In the meantime, I'll be practicing my club cheer: M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E! See ya real soon!

    Magic always,
