Hi Jenifer,
Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour is a fabulous experience that takes you behind the scenes at Magic Kingdom. You even get to see the secret tunnels that go underneath Magic Kingdom and make this epic theme park work seamlessly. Since this tour is led by a cast member and all of the conversation will be in real-time, translation services are not available. There is enough exciting stuff to see that if they do not understand everything that is said, they will be fine and still really enjoy it.
Disney's
Ears to the World service is available for scripted shows and attractions with narration. These are wireless headphone devices that you can rent and will provide a professionally translated experience at several different rides and shows.
Travel all over Disney World is a breeze when you are staying at one of the official Disney resorts. Since you will be at
Disney's Port Orleans Riverside, bus transportation will be your quickest option for getting to Magic Kingdom.
Bus transportation from the resort hotels runs continuously throughout the day starting 45 minutes before the theme park opens.
I recommend using the
My Disney Experience app to track the bus schedule at your resort and give yourself 1.5 hours to get to Magic Kingdom. The bus ride will not be that long but you will need to account for loading and unloading of the bus, walking to the theme park entrance, going through security, and finding your way to check-in where they recommend you be at least 15 minutes early. This may seem like a lot of time but you don't want to be rushed or risk missing your experience.
Happy Planning,
Jenna
