Hi Marnie,
I love travelling to the Walt Disney World Resorts to celebrate. Your celebration is extra special and I hope I can give you some suggestions to add to the fun!
How about a special dining? For fun, head to Whispering Canyon Cafe in the Wilderness Lodge. This restaurant is all about fun without being stuffy. Or better yet, eat at the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. This dinner show is the longest running theater show in the United States, and the food is good ole home cooking - salad, corn bread, fried chicken, ribs and strawberry shortcake.
How about a
tour? Travel on a Wild Safari Trek, visit the gardens of EPCOT or get the keys to the World in Magic Kingdom.
How about creating your own ears? My husband and children love to make a special set of ears for our trip plus it easy to spot them in the park with their one of a kind design.
However, the best advice is to go slow and enjoy your time together. Grabbing a hot chocolate or popcorn from every cart in the parks is just as special as a fancy dinner. Being together is what makes it special.
Have a magical time together!
Beth
