Hi Richelle,
Thanks for bringing us your question here at planDisney! I'm so happy to hear you are the proud owner of an
Enchant Key. It's a great value for multiple park visits a year and the current added discounts on parking, food, and merchandise are the cherry on top!
Magic Keys are currently eligible for renewal up to 30 days before their expiration date. However, this is not an automated process so you'll need to confirm your pass' expiration date in your
Disneyland Mobile App. You can view this by selecting the three horizontal bars at the bottom right of your app and then "Tickets and Passes." Your expiration date will be viewable under the pass barcode.
If you are within your renewal window you can complete the process by signing in to your Disneyland Resort
Account and following the prompts to renew. You'll also have the option to upgrade or downgrade your pass at that time, subject to availability. Once your renewal payment is complete your new pass will automatically be activated the day following your original pass' expiration.
If your Magic Key has already expired, you, unfortunately, will not have the option to renew. However, you may be able to purchase a new pass as long as new sales are available. At present, only the Inspire Key is available for new purchases so if you'd like to maintain your Enchant pass, I'd definitely recommend renewing within your window.
If you're not already doing so, I'd also suggest following @DisneylandMagicKey on Instagram. There, you'll find up-to-date news on passes, parks, and special Magic Key holder events.
Wishing you magic,
Amy
