I have an emotional support dog. Is it ok to bring him to Disney Springs?

    Hi Joe,

Shopping and dining at Disney Springs is one of my favorite ways to spend a day! If you don't already have your day planned out, I have a few recommendations for you! But first, let's get to your question about your furry best friend.

The current policy states that only trained service animals are allowed at Disney theme parks or at Disney Springs. If your dog is a trained service animal, there are some guidelines you need to be aware of for your visit to Disney Springs or any of the theme parks. If your dog is not a trained service animal you can drop them off for a magical day at Best Friends Pet Hotel where they will be treated like the Disney dog royalty they are.

While at Disney Springs carve out some time to check out the decadent dining options. If I am looking for a quick meal my favorite stop is the Polite Pig. Their BBQ is so good that I recently ordered the sauce online to recreate the experience at home! If you want a more elegant dining experience Morimoto Asia has killer ribs that are a must-do for me. When dessert time rolls around make your way over to Amorette's Patisserie for some of the best cakes and sweet treats.

Don't forget to shop for your dog on your visit too! The Happy Hound Kiosk has some of the cutest bandanas, collars, and bowls I have seen. They also have unique treats your do will be asking to go back for.

    Happy Planning,
    Jenna
