    Hi, embarkation question. We are staying at Orlando Hyatt Regency at the airport prior to our cruise but planning to drive to the port ourselves. Can we still have luggages be picked up in our hotel room that morning?

    It looks like you will be embarking on a magical adventure aboard the Disney Fantasy in just a few days! And it looks like you are in for a rootin’ tootin’ good time with all the Pixar Pals for a Pixar Day at Sea. If you are like me, you are going to want to jump right into all the fun activities and entertainment with Woody and the entire Pixar gang. And goodness me, the special Pixar Day at Sea menu that is part of each rotational dining location looks, well, incredible. I’m wishing I would have booked Pixar Day at Sea cruise, too!

    Now Robert, if I understand your question correctly, you will be happy to know that you can certainly ask bell services at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport to help you with your luggage from your room to your transportation. However, just in case you are wondering if you can send your luggage with other transportation services to the cruise port separate from you, I checked with a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member and was informed that this is not available. Luggage must arrive at the cruise terminal with Guests for security purposes. As a reminder, if you are flying into Orlando International Airport but you aren't using Disney Cruise Line ground transportation, do not place your Disney Cruise Line luggage tags on your luggage until after you have arrived in Orlando.

    Just keep swimming, Robert, because I know you will want to enjoy all the special activities on your cruise, including the “Pixar Pals Celebration” deck party and special Character Encounters. I also hear that there will be some surprise announcements from some Pixar Characters, including Roz from "Monsters, Inc." Remember, she is always watching so make sure she sees you having a ball! Go ahead and download the latest version of the Disney Navigator App if you haven’t already, so you don’t miss a single moment of the action.
