    This is embarassing: Half way through our flight home yesterday I realised we forgot to Tip our Fabulous mousekeeper before leaving!!!! How can we still tip Norma at POP and be sure she will receive our thanks for the great service she provided?

    At this point the best thing you could do would be to write a note of commendation for Norma's employment file. You should write a note to:

    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

    Be as specific as you can in your note: where and when you stayed, your room number if possible, and as much about Norma as you can. Be specific in your praise (she remember that we needed extra towels or she took interacted nicely with my daughter, etc.)  Your comments could assist Norma in performance reviews and pay evaluations.

    So many Disney cast members go the extra mile to make our vacations better. Sending a note of thanks is a great way to help them get rewarded for their efforts.
