what is the email for ticket issues?

Welcome to planDisney, Kelly! Thanks for stopping by. I see you have a visit to Disneyland Resort coming up this summer, so if you're like me, you're already packed! That might be exaggerating a bit, but I do keep a backpack full of Disney essentials at the ready. It sounds like you might have some questions about your Theme Park Tickets, so let's get you the help you need.

If you prefer to email your ticket question, you can fill out the Email Us form under the Help tab on the Disneyland Resort website. A friendly Cast Member from Guest Services should reach out within a few days with a response.

I've found that I often get quicker results by calling the Tickets line and speaking directly to a Cast Member. They are always knowledgeable and helpful; if they don't know the answer, they will find it for you.

My final suggestion is to search the planDisney database because many questions about tickets and other topics have been answered there by my panelist friends. So you might just find the answer you're looking for!

During your visit, I hope you can spend some time at Mickey's Toontown at Disneyland Park. This perfectly playful land will be reopening in March and showcases the brand new attraction Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway. What's not to love about a ride with everyone's favorite mice?

Kelly, I hope you have a magical time on your upcoming visit! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,

Bright Suns! I'm Elaine, a retired teacher dividing my time between my home state of Kentucky and the Sunshine State. I married my college sweetheart, and now that our only son is grown, we are exploring the empty-nest life. My family has been visiting Walt Disney World Resort for over 25 years, so if you have questions about adult-only visits, plant-based meals, thrill attractions, and Florida-resident perks, I'm here for you in full Force. Like Yoda would say, "Trips, we will plan!" Learn More About Elaine
