Randi from AZ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We just got the email regarding COVID Testing and it states to provide a negative test no more than 2 days prior to sailing. Is the Rapid NAAT test accepted? We're so concerned that PCR test results will be held up. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Well, ahoy there, Randi! Welcome to planDisney, and let's sail right on into getting the answers you need.

With the rapidly changing world when it comes to COVID-19, Disney Cruise Line has done an excellent job at keeping up with the best possible answers to the questions that surround cruising in these truly unchartered waters. Requiring testing prior to arrival at the port before your cruise has been a huge relief to me, as I always worried about getting all the way there and not being able to sail. Problem solved.

In the Know Before You Go information, you'll be able to see that the NAAT test is one of the acceptable forms of pre-cruise testing. That should help ease your concerns about the PCR tests. Whew! It's all smooth sailing from here!

Now that you're in shipshape and ready to get to your Disney Dream voyage, only the most important questions are left to be answered. Palo Brunch or Remy Dinner? Snorkeling or sunbathing? So much to decide!

    Have a fabulous vacation, Randi!
