Ahoy, Christina!
Welcome aboard planDisney. I'm so sorry to hear the stormy seas we are sailing have steered your cruise off course! My family was to set sail with Captain Mickey in less than three weeks until our vacation encountered rough waters and we ended up in dry dock. I feel your pain!
If your vacation was impacted by the
temporary suspension of cruises, you should have received an email with the option of future cruise credit to book another sailing or a full refund. If you booked through a Travel Agent, they may have received this and you will need to work through your Travel Agent to obtain a refund. If you booked directly with Disney Cruise Line, you must
call a Cruise Vacation Agent for assistance with a refund. They are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm (ET) or on Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm (ET).
In the event you are cancelling your cruise but it has not yet been suspended by Disney Cruise Line, your refund may be subject to cancellation fees outlined in the
terms and conditions of your cruise contract. A Cruise Vacation Agent can provide guidance on the entire refund process when you call.
I hope you have the opportunity to enjoy a high seas adventure with Captain Mickey in the future, Christina. The recently released
early 2022 itineraries certainly have tempted me this week! Cruise back to planDisney if you have any questions in the future.
I hope to "sea" ya again real soon! Angie
