    Are you still eligible to utilize the Evening Extra Magic Hours on the day of your check-out from a WDW Resort hotel?

    Yes. As long as you still have your Key to the World card (room key) with that day's date on it, you should be fine participating in evening Extra Magic Hours. Almost everything on the Key to the World card expires at midnight on your check-out day. This includes your charging privileges, any dining plan credits you may have left, and guest access to Extra Magic time in the parks.
