Jennifer,
The Electrical Water Pageant can be seen from the resorts on the Seven Seas Lagoon, and Bay Lake. Estimated times that they go by each resort are;
- Polynesian - 9:00 pm
- Grand Floridian - 9:15 pm
- Wilderness Lodge - 9:35 pm
- Fort Wilderness - 9:45 pm
- Contemporary - 10:05 pm
Since you will be at the Grand Floridian, you should be fine with watching it there, though you will probably be done with dinner long before the show. You might consider exploring that resort or popping over to the Magic Kingdom for a while before returning to watch.
As for Cirque du Soleil, the show is about an hour and a half long, so you should be getting out of a 6:00 showing at 7:45 - 8:00 pm at the latest. That gives you 45 minutes to get to a dinner destination. Most any meal on Disney property should be within that time frame, though it will be cutting a bit close, and you can't go to
Spirit of Aloha or
Hoop Dee Doo Review, where for both they expect you there 40 minutes before seating.
I am glad to answer any follow-up questions!
Have a magical vacation!
