    We have elected to use Club Level for our stay; the website says it is not available? Can you confirm?

    Hello Marie,

    It looks like your visit is just around the river bend! While each day more and more of our old Disney favorites seem to be returning, there are still many differences and alterations to what returning Guests may be accustomed to. Check out the know before you go information pages for latest updates for the theme parks, resorts, and dining.

    Club Level services have not returned to Disney Resort Collection Hotels since the resort reopening last summer. It was announced today that booking for Club Level will begin today, June 4, 2021, with the anticipation that Club Level services will return to select resorts beginning in September, and then a few select others in December.

    I’m sorry you were under the impression that Club Level was open. To the best of my knowledge, the Walt Disney World Website has not allowed the booking of Club Level Rooms since reopening. If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member and booked yourself in Kilimanjaro Club Concierge at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, the difference in Vacation Points between Club Level and a non-Club Level room of the same type will be credited back to you after your stay, since the Club Lounge is not open. Hopefully, you can bank these points.

    I am also a Disney Vacation Club Member, and Animal Kingdom Villas is one of my Home Resorts. If this is your situation and you will be outside your banking window, I would call Member Services and explain the situation. I would ask for a one-time exception to allow you to bank your Vacation Points after the banking window has closed since it was not clear to you that your Vacation Points would be refunded and not used toward Club Level services. While there are no guarantees they can meet this request, it is always worth asking.

    While I am sure you are disappointed that the Club Level Lounge won’t be open for your visit, I do hope you are able to still have a wonderful and magical vacation.
