Pop Century Pool

    Hi, my elderly parents loved going to pop century to eat at the asian food there. They can not afford to stay there anymore but they would love to eat there. Can they still go to pop century to eat? I was told they couldn't . That would be crazy.

    Welcome to planDisney, Frederick!  We are glad you brought your question to us.

    I do recall having a wonderful chilled Asian noodle salad at Disney's Pop Century Resort a few years back.  Menus are occasionally updated and changed, and unfortunately, there are no longer any Asian dishes on the current menu at Everything POP Shopping & Dining.  My recommendation would be to head to Disney Springs instead, where your parents might enjoy dining at Morimoto Asia or perhaps Morimoto Asia Street Food, the take-out window that shares the same kitchen.  The Morimoto Baby Ribs are fantastic!  There is a very nice shaded patio with seating there.

    Although it is currently closed for refurbishment, another great option would be making a reservation at Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.  While we don't yet know what menu changes there may be when this restaurant reopens, the current menu includes several noodle dishes, amazing pot stickers, and duck fried rice.  Kona Cafe is scheduled to reopen on November 1, 2022.

    At this time, parking at Disney Resort Hotels is reserved for overnight Guests and day Guests with a confirmed dining reservation or other reservations.  If your parents would like to dine at Disney's Pop Century Resort, they are welcome to arrive via complimentary Disney transportation.  I recommend parking at Disney's Hollywood Studios and taking a pleasant ride on the Disney Skyliner to reach Pop Century.
