Hi Eean! My children and I are traveling to WDW in a few weeks, and I would like to place an Amazon Prime Order. I know some things have changed, but I am not sure of the specifics. If I plan to pick up my order at Bell Services, are there any fees?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Julie! We all love to splurge a little while we're at Walt Disney World Resort, but pre-purchasing in-room breakfasts, snacks, and bottled water for the theme parks are great ways to save money on your vacation.

Ordering groceries for your trip has never been easier! Amazon Prime Now is a grocery delivery service for Amazon Prime Members, and it is designed to be ordered between one hour and one day before you wish to have them delivered. I suggest placing your order while you are sitting in the airport waiting for your flight; simply download the Prime Now app and complete your order via your phone or go to https://primenow.amazon.com/. You'll also need to enter the zip code of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

Guests who have their grocery orders delivered to their Walt Disney Resort hotel during their vacation will have a $6 fee charged to their room account only if they request to have the order brought up to their room by Bell Services.  Alternatively, grocery delivery order pickup in the Resort Lobby from Bell Services is available at no charge. When your groceries are delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, perishable items are held in a refrigerator at Bell Services until you're ready.

I hope you have a great time with Mickey and his pals at The Most Magical Place on Earth, Julie! See ya real soon!
