I am an educator planning on taking 30-40 students and chaperones to Disneyland. what would be the best way to purchase tickets and reserve a date?

Hi there, Breanna, thanks for stopping by planDisney!

Sounds like you'll have your hands full in the coming weeks headed to the magic at the Disneyland Resort! Growing up in Southern California, it was always fun doing educational and group trips to Disneyland Park with my friends and teammates! I'm happy to help you plan out this upcoming visit and thank you for the work that you do as an educator. Here are some tips on getting this large group together and ready for a day of magic!

Planning a large group visit can be a little overwhelming, but rest assured the team at Disneyland Resort is available to support you! There are a couple of ways that you can bring an educational group to the resort, with specially priced tickets, and that is by way of a field trip with Disney Imagination Campus (guests ages 3 to 22) or reserving a meeting/special event with Disney Meetings. The online ticket portal only allows for 10 adult and 5 child tickets to be purchased at one time, so I would recommend contacting Disney Meetings to set up your group visit and ensure reservations are available for everyone at the same time. A reminder that reservations open approximately 180 days in advance, and it looks like you're planning to arrive in just a couple of weeks.

Magic awaits you and your group, feel free to stop by again with any other questions before your arrival! Wishing you all heaps of pixie dust on your trip!
