¡Hola, Ericka Lorena! Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about Disney PhotoPass service! We're glad you came to see us!

A few months ago, the Disney PhotoPass website went through a makeover and, as a result, some of its features changed. At this time, you cannot edit photos on the website; however, they can still be modified through your My Disney Experience Mobile App on an iOS-operated device. Simply tap on the photo of your choice and a number of features will become available for you to tap on them and make all the adjustments you want.

Ericka Lorena, keep checking the website from time to time as the edit function may be restored in the future. If you would like to speak to someone directly at Disney PhotoPass Service, simply dial (407) 560-4300 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.

I hope this is helpful. Please do not hesitate to visit us again on the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we love to help!

    See ya real soon,

    ~Desiree

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
