Welcome aboard, Agnes! You must really be looking forward to setting sail across the great wide Atlantic ocean this May when you embark on the
Disney Magic's Eastbound Transatlantic sailing. What a wonderful adventure is in store for you!
I'm happy to let you know that guests are able to add money to their shipboard account as credits prior to sailing or once onboard. My husband and I actually like to save up by purchasing Disney Gift Cards that we then have added to our stateroom account as credits. But, if you'd like to simply call ahead and add money as a credit on your account, you're welcome to do so. Give the agents at Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 to discuss this with them. It's really nice to show up on that first day of your cruise and have a set budget for your spending. It's already paid for, so you can simply relax and enjoy two magical weeks as you cross the sea with Captain Mickey and his crew! If you haven't yet, be sure to make reservations for at least one meal at
Palo: brunch or dinner, or do both! My husband and I never miss an opportunity to dine there! You'll love the atmosphere, style, and menu at this Adult Exclusive restaurant!
Once onboard, any extras you'd like to pay for can be charged to your stateroom account, deducting them from your prepaid credit, by simply using your Key To The World Card. This card serves as identification, a charge card to your stateroom account, and your stateroom key. If you have not yet sailed with Disney, you may want to bring along a lanyard with a clear pocket attached, to hold your Key To The World Card, so you always have it with you, even when you don't have a pocket. If you've already sailed with Disney before, you'll receive a Castaway Club lanyard upon checking in at port.
Have a magical cruise, Agnes!
