Hi there, Tiffany!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
One thing I find necessary to have during my Walt Disney World Resort vacations is the
Memory Maker for mine and my family's photos!
Disney's PhotoPass Service have such talented photographers. They get my sometimes-overly excited kids to stop and smile for pictures like no one else!
You have great taste; breakfast at
'Ohana is one of our favorites! The theming, hanging out with characters, and delicious food has us coming back for more. Once we're happy and full, we like to take a walk and explore the stunning property that is
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort!
The family photo at the restaurant is not part of the meal, and would be purchased separately. However, if you have purchased the Memory Maker, it would be included in that. Since you mentioned it didn't show up in your Memory Maker, I would give them a call and
speak with a Cast Member. Don't panic when it comes to lost pictures. I once had the most precious moment with my sons at
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and silly me forgot to tap my
MagicBand! I
called and spoke to a wonderful Cast Member at
Disney's PhotoPass Service and they were able to help me locate them! Hopefully with some magic, they can help locate your pictures, as well.
Good luck, Tiffany! I'm sending you all the pixie dust in hopes you're able to call soon and retrieve your pictures!
Aena
