Hi Todd and welcome to
planDisney! I see that your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is about a month away! Hooray! Thanks for sending us your planning question.
I'm happy to report that you will not need an EPCOT day pass to enjoy a meal at
Topolino's Terrace at Disney's Riviera Resort. Even though this resort is an EPCOT area resort, it isn't technically at EPCOT, so you will not need a theme park ticket to dine there.
I do suggest making your reservation before your arrival at the end of October.
Just visit this link to check for availability during the dates of your stay. It's important to know that during breakfast, it is a character experience. That means you will be able to meet Mickey during Breakfast a la Art with Mickey & Friends. The experience is completely different at
dinnertime. Mickey won't be there, but you have an incredible menu to choose from! The bouillabaisee is delicious!
Todd, if you do decide to visit EPCOT, all you have to do is hop on the
Disney Skyliner. It's a short walk from this fabulous resort!
I hope I've been helpful. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It's always
our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next vacation!
