Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    Can you eat at the Restaurant at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, or The Restaurant at Disney's Contemporary Resort without actually staying at the resorts? We have a timeshare but would love to be able to go to these restaurants.

    Hi Laura! You can absolutely dine at any of Disney's Resorts without having a room reservation.  Most of Disney dining experiences are available to the general public at all times. 

    As for Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. you can experience three wonderful restaurants offering three different types of dining.  Boma is a wonderful African-inspired buffet, while Sanaa is definitely a culinary experience with both African and Indian inspired cuisine.  Jiko, Animal Kingdom Lodge's signature dining experience, is truly a feast for the palate. 

    At Disney's Contemporary Resort, you can experience buffet style dining with Mickey Mouse at Chef Mickey's or perhaps you prefer American style options with healthy food choices and complete with sustainable fish, then The Wave Restaurant is a great choice for you.  Situated atop the Contemporary Resort is the signature dining experience that is California Grill.  Sushi, Filet Mignon and Valrhona Chocolate cake are just a few of the wonderful California inspired cuisines offered here.

    I hope that you take advantage of the great dining options at any of Disney's resorts!
