Hi Theodore!
I also like to eat healthy and stay on track with my diet and fitness plan while I'm in Walt Disney World. I often pack my own meals and snacks to ensure I eat healthy throughout the day and don't get too hungry and overeat at meals.
I like to pack foods that don't require refrigeration, as I throw the snacks into our backpack. Some ideas for healthy snacks are packs of nuts, apples, protein bars, dried fruit bars, tuna packets and freeze dried bananas.
There are also healthy selections in the parks. I love to get a fresh wedge of pineapple from
Aloha Isle in
Magic Kingdom. At
Hollywood Studios Anaheim Produce has fresh fruit, carrots with lite ranch, hummus and pickles. I also love
Coral Reef at Epcot for their healthy food selection.
If you bring something that needs to stay cold, freeze a water bottle the night before and pack it in an insulated lunch bag with the foods you need to stay cold.
Magically,
Stacy
