what is an easy way to make reservations without checking every day , maybe a way to get alert if your restaurant and time comes available

Hi, Ray.  Speaking as someone who has gotten up at the crack of dawn to check for a much sought after dining reservation, I would love it if there was a system that offered an alert if your restaurant had a cancellation.  Unfortunately, there isn't a service like that available through Walt Disney World.

If you do an internet search, you will find that there are outside people who offer a service like this, however, there is no guarantee that you will be able to snag the reservation.  They have employees doing the checking for you on a daily basis, and they can let you know if there is an opening, but they can't guarantee that opening will be there when you log in.  There is a charge for this service, but again, it is not a service offered by Disney, and I have not personally used it, so I can't tell you if it's worth looking into.

I really have found the best way to snag a dining reservation is to just keep trying.  I have my best luck early in the morning or late at night, but I do certainly understand your frustration.  Keep trying, and have a good backup plan is the way I roll.

I hope the restaurants you are hoping to get into become available.
