Welcome to planDisney, Robert!
Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.
At Walt Disney World Resort, I genuinely believe the more, the merrier! Being able to share the magic with loved ones is so unique, and I LOVE that you’re going with a large party to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Robert, my extended family allows me to plan our magical vacations; and with 10+ people in our party, I know exactly what you mean about wanting to eat together. Sometimes we like to split up during the day, but we always get together to share our experiences during a meal!
Your best bet would be to split up your party into two to three separate reservations. Please do keep in mind that each reservation needs to have a different primary guest. Usually, my family and I are able to get dining reservations within about 10-15 minutes of each other. After booking the dining reservations online, I like to call 407-560-CHAT (2428) to speak to a Cast Member about making a note on our reservations that we are together. Although there is no guarantee, I do ask to make a note that it would be appreciated if we are able to be seated together. I also like to show up to the dining reservations about 15 minutes early to remind the Cast Member host about the party. Sometimes we've been asked if we’re alright with waiting a bit longer to be seated together, and that’s usually fine by us! Cast Members work really hard to accommodate Guests, so if they are unable to seat you together, it's for good reason.
My family has had great luck being seated together at
Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria in EPCOT and
Grand Floridian Cafe inside Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. I’ve also found
'Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to be super accommodating, as well as
Boma - Flavors of Africa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge! And if things get a bit hectic at Magic Kingdom Park, everyone in your party can always order at
Casey's Corner and sit outside on the hub grass to enjoy a picnic together with a gorgeous view of Cinderella Castle!
I hope you and your party have an enchanting visit, Robert!
