How easy is it to eat gluten-free at the MK and Epcot? My wife has celiac disease, and I want to plan ahead.

Hi Joda! I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to dine gluten-free at Disney World! Disney is very accommodating of special diets, and in fact, has a department dedicated to assisting guests with food allergies and intolerances. Click here for more information.

If you email SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com, a castmember will send you a list of the gluten-free foods in each of the parks and the quick-service and table-service restaurants where those items can be found. You'll definitely want to make a stop at the new location of BabyCakes NYC in Downtown Disney, which offers gluten-free cupcakes!

Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
