Hi Susan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Like you, many of us here at the Moms Panel were up bright and early to access the new
Disney Park Pass system, not only for our own trips, but to get first-hand experience with using the system so we can better assist Guests.
For whatever reason, it appears the system may have launched a bit later in the morning than we were expecting. By mid-morning, I was able to see that the Disney Park Pass page had updated to include a blue "Make a Disney Park Pass Reservation" button. At this time, Guests with reservations at a
Disney Resort Hotel or other select hotels and valid theme park admission linked to their
My Disney Experience account can access the Disney Park Pass system on
DisneyWorld.com, using the My Disney Experience drop-down menu in the upper right corner.
Annual Passholders without a Resort stay will have access to Park Pass reservations on June 26, 2020. Existing ticket holders may access the system on June 28, 2020.
I do hope you were able to make your Disney Park Pass reservations later in the day as I was. If you haven't made them yet, good news! I just took a peek at the
availability calendar and all parks are currently showing availability for your travel dates in October.
If you are still having trouble making your Disney Park Pass reservations, please write us back and we will be more than happy to assist you.
