What is the easiest/ fastest way to get from AofA to the yacht and beach club without a car? We will be staying in the cars area in October and have dinner reservations at the yachtsman's steakhouse.

Hi Jennifer! What a special evening you have planned! I love the Signature Restaurants, like the Yachtsman Steakhouse, at Walt Disney World.

The absolute easiest and fastest way to travel to the Yacht Club from the Art of Animation Resort would be to grab a taxi. The trip would take less than 10 minutes in a cab, but would cost you probably $15 to $20. If you don't mind spending a little more time getting there, you could take a bus from your resort to Downtown Disney and then take a bus to the Yacht Club from there. I'd plan on leaving the Art of Animation an hour before your reservation since you'll have to wait on two buses, but the trip may take only 40 minutes or so if the buses are timely.

If you're planning to visit Epcot or Hollywood Studios that day, you could always take the boat or walk to the Yacht Club from those parks, and of course, you could take the bus from Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom. However, if you're heading back to your resort first to freshen up before dinner, then the Downtown Disney bus route is your quickest option on Disney transportation.
