Is ears to the world available for the Candlelight Processional and holidays storytellers?

Welcome to planDisney, Sandra! I'm so glad you're here. I'd love to help you have a magical Walt Disney World Resort visit, so let's see how you and your party can celebrate the upcoming holidays best.

I spoke to a knowledgeable Cast Member who said that the Ears to the World translation service is no longer available at the theme parks, but he added that some form of translation service will probably be offered for Candlelight Processional performances, as well as other attractions and experiences.

I suggest you stop by Guest Relations when you enter any of the theme parks to ask about current translation offerings. The Cast Members there will have the latest information and might have some suggestions for you.

Another tip is to check Cast Members' name tags to see if they speak other languages. Just look for a gold box under their name because many magical team members speak two or more languages. It's a small world, after all!

For planning purposes before arriving, you can change your language preference on the website by tapping the country to the right of the sign-in option. Once you arrive, you can pick up theme park maps in a wide variety of languages.

If you plan to visit during the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, I hope you stop by The Odyssey Pavilion to meet Santa Claus. Holiday cheer is a universal language. And the Holiday Kitchens speak my love language...food!

Thanks again for stopping by, Sandra! Please stop by planDisney anytime. Our panelists answer questions in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese, and we love to help make magic in any language.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
