How early can we preregister for our room? Our flight arrives at 11:00pm and we have a Character Breakfast at 9. We are staying off property the first night, but at the Beach Club for the remainder of the trip. We'd rather preregister when we arrive.

Disney Moms Panelist Bret did a lot of research on this question. You can find his answer HERE. The short version is that the front desks of the Disney hotels are always staffed. The component you need is for the hotel's check-in system to be re-set for the next day. This is usually done during the night so that you could theoretically check-in as early at 4:00 a.m. (though your room will likely not be ready until mid afternoon.) You could feel very safe in assuming that you could check in to the Beach Club at 7:00 a.m. This would give you ample time to store your luggage with the Beach Club bell services desk and make your way to any of the parks or resorts for your character meal at 9:00.

The Beach Club is my family's favorite hotel. I hope you have a great time there.
