How early do Port Adventures typically start? My family are nightowls, and the grandgirls are not early risers! Is there any way of knowing the start times of excursions before booking them?

    Hi Victoria!
Thanks for visiting again for more information about your upcoming cruise vacation!  These are great questions, and I like that you are planning ahead for fun ashore.   Port Adventures can begin as soon as the ship is scheduled to dock in the various ports of call.  Some of the tours actually meet onboard, and if it is a tour that is planned around docking time, your group may be one of the first Guests off the ship.  Unfortunately, schedules are always subject to change so Disney Cruise Line only lists the duration of time on the Port Adventure description.  It is impossible to know when the tour will be offered until you are able to log-in to your cruise reservation to book your excursions (75 days prior to sailing for new cruisers).  If you aren't sure when you will be docking in each port of call, you can look up your specific itinerary in the Planning Center where times are listed. Sometimes the ship will arrive around noon depending on your particular itinerary.  Another tip is that if an adventure is over five or six hours long, it will most likely be an early morning outing.
I'm sorry I wasn't able to provide you with all the information you need, but I hope my answer is helpful.  Please keep me posted if you think of anything else!
    Have a magical day!
