I have an early PAT of 10:45 but the shuttle service I have is picking me up at 9 am at the airport. I have seen many statements on the disney site saying if you arrive earlier you will not be able to enter the terminal is that true and what can you do?

Ahoy, Jennifer!
I'm sure you can't wait to get your Disney Cruise vacation underway next week! The ride to the port will be around 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. I have been able to enter the terminal around 10:15 to 10:30 a.m., so you shouldn't have to wait too long when you arrive via your shuttle. When the shuttle pulls into the cruise terminal, there will be place for the driver to drop you at the curb with your luggage. Your luggage will arrive mid to late afternoon, so be sure to pack medications and important documents in your carry-on! The porters will be there to help you with your luggage curbside. Security is quick and easy and then you'll be ready to check-in! Boarding typically begins around 11:30 a.m. Before you know it, you'll be waving "Bon Voyage" and sailing away on your magical journey!
