    How early do you need to be in the parking lot if you want to get into the MK on Christmas day.

    Hi Diane,

    I recommend the earlier the better. Christmas Day is one day that you could be shut out of the Magic Kingdom due to capacity being met. Often only guests staying in the Walt Disney World Resorts are able to visit on this day.

    The park is scheduled to open at 8:00 am with Extra Magic Hours opening to guests staying at a Disney Resort at 7:00 am.

    With this in mind, I would be there no later than 8:00 am.
