Ahoy Angela!
It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let me invite you to relax, let us pull up a chair as we proudly present, your answer!
My family and I arrive fifteen minutes before our dinner seating. The rotational dining team will typically open the doors and begin seating guests five to ten minutes before your scheduled dining time. We have arrived up to fifteen minutes late to the
rotational dining rooms and we were still seated. I wouldn't recommend arriving much later than that so you can enjoy the meal!
Disney Cruise Line plans seating times and show schedules so that guests can experience both each evening! With the late dinner seating, you attend the live show in the
Walt Disney Theatre before dinner. For the evenings that you have reservations at
Palo and
Remy, you will have time to see the first show, but it will be difficult for you to also attend your dinner seating in the main dining rooms. My husband and I tried to do this once to sit with our children as they ate and then go to Palo, but the kids were rushed to eat and we were almost late to our reservation!
I would recommend if you want to experience one of the rotational dining rooms that conflict with your Palo and Remy reservations to visit the restaurant on your embarkation day to see if you could move your reservation to brunch or a different evening. If you are looking to attend dinner with little ones before your dining reservations like we were, you do have a few alternatives!
Cabanas and the quick service dining locations on the pool deck are available with more flexibility. Complimentary
rooms service is also an option! If your little ones will be in the youth clubs, you can also coordinate meal time there!
Be our guest once again and order up the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions before you set sail!
"Sea" ya real soon! Angie
